Toyota Indus lists Fortuner G at PKR 12,435,000, V at PKR 14,935,000, Sigma 4 at PKR 18,539,000, Legender at PKR 19,569,000 and GR-S at PKR 20,499,000. Toyota describes these as suggested retail prices ex-factory Karachi, inclusive of 25 percent sales tax. Registration, withholding tax, freight, insurance and accessories remain outside this comparison. [1,2]
The important jumps are PKR 2.500m from G to V, PKR 3.604m from V to Sigma 4, PKR 1.030m from Sigma 4 to Legender and PKR 930,000 from Legender to GR-S. Ask the dealer to identify any campaign price and its expiry separately from the standard price sheet.

Choose the powertrain and drive system first
G is the only 4x2 grade in this five-car ladder. It suits buyers who want the body-on-frame Fortuner for paved-road family use and do not need four-wheel drive. V retains the 2.7-litre petrol engine but adds 4x4, so its PKR 2.5m step must be justified by traction needs and equipment—not appearance alone.
Sigma 4 moves to Toyota's 2.8-litre 1GD diesel and 4x4. Toyota quotes 150 kW and 500 Nm for the same diesel family in Legender. That stronger low-rev torque can matter with passengers, hills or rough routes, but buyers should price diesel maintenance, insurance and annual taxes alongside fuel consumption. [1]
Sigma, Legender and GR-S serve different priorities
Sigma 4 is the value reference among the diesel grades. Legender sits PKR 1.030m higher and adds its own exterior and cabin presentation. GR-S costs another PKR 930,000 and should be assessed through its exact suspension, steering, braking, wheel and trim specification on the current Pakistan sheet. [1,2]
Do not treat a larger wheel or firmer road feel as an automatic upgrade. Test ride comfort on broken streets, turning effort in tight parking and replacement tyre availability. A premium grade is worthwhile only when its hardware improves the driving you actually do.
A practical five-grade shortlist
Start with G for road-focused ownership at the lowest purchase amount. Choose V if petrol and 4x4 are both deliberate requirements. Choose Sigma 4 for the diesel drivetrain without paying primarily for flagship styling. Legender is the luxury-led diesel alternative; GR-S is the specialist choice for buyers who have verified and prefer its distinct chassis and design package.
Before booking, check production month, delivery date, tyre codes, spare wheel, warranty, current equipment and the complete filer or non-filer on-road amount. A PKR 8.064m range from G to GR-S is too large for a badge-led decision.
