The H6 GT PHEV is the more compelling specification on paper when its larger battery, faster claimed acceleration and coupe-SUV shape match the buyer's priorities. But the PKR 12.949m amount remains a launch reference and the current GWM Pakistan website does not yet provide a complete GT order page. Buy only against a dated quotation, Pakistan variant sheet, battery warranty and written charging specification.

Haval H6 GT PHEV price in Pakistan needs a launch label

Pakistan launch coverage from the 2026 auto show records PKR 12,949,000 for the H6 GT PHEV. The regular H6 PHEV Hi4 was listed at PKR 12,895,000 when CarRates rechecked GWM Pakistan's model portal, creating a PKR 54,000 sticker gap. The GT figure should be read as the announced launch reference—not a promise of today's complete on-road amount. [1,2,4]

GWM Pakistan's public model list checked on 6 October did not yet provide a dedicated GT product or price page. Ask an authorised dealer for a system-generated order naming H6 GT PHEV, exact price, booking amount, delivery month and refund terms. Freight, withholding tax, registration, insurance, charger installation and accessories must be separated before comparing totals. [4]

The larger battery is the strongest GT argument

Official GWM material for the H6 GT PHEV in another right-hand-drive market specifies a 35.43 kWh battery, four-wheel drive and 180 km of NEDC electric range. Pakistan launch reporting has quoted up to 183 km. Both are laboratory-cycle manufacturer claims, not guaranteed local road results. [3]

That battery can cover more routine driving without starting the engine than the regular H6 PHEV's published 100 km claim, but only if the owner charges regularly. Heat, speed, air-conditioning, elevation, load and usable battery reserve will reduce real range. Ask for the Pakistan AC and DC charging limits, connector standard, supplied cable and battery warranty before treating the extra capacity as value.

Performance figures differ by market, so verify the Pakistan sheet

Pakistan launch reports quote 430 hp, 642 Nm and 0–100 km/h in 4.58 seconds. GWM South Africa's official H6 GT PHEV material lists 321 kW, 762 Nm and 4.9 seconds. The power amounts are broadly equivalent after unit conversion, but the torque and acceleration claims are not identical. That is why CarRates does not silently import an overseas specification into the Pakistan catalogue. [1,3]

The responsible comparison is the dated Pakistan homologation or variant sheet. Confirm combined output, motor arrangement, drive modes, kerb weight, tyre specification and whether the quoted acceleration requires a particular battery state. Treat every acceleration figure as a manufacturer claim until independently tested under comparable conditions.

GT styling brings a practical trade-off

The H6 GT uses a sloping roof, black exterior detailing and a more performance-led cabin. Official overseas information lists 392 litres behind the rear seats and 1,390 litres with them folded. That shape is visually distinctive, but it may reduce vertical luggage space and rear headroom compared with the conventional H6 body. [3]

Take the regular rear passengers and luggage to the showroom. Set the front seat for the driver, check rear head clearance, fit child seats where relevant and load the tallest bags. A body style is not an upgrade when it makes repeated family use harder.

Choose between two ownership patterns

Choose the regular H6 PHEV when the conventional body, familiar Pakistan listing and published 100 km electric-range claim already cover the job. Shortlist the GT when the larger battery, coupe profile and stronger claimed performance are worth validating in person—especially if the final written difference remains close to PKR 54,000.

Before choosing either, compare a complete on-road quotation, charger and installation cost, electricity tariff, insurance, tyre replacement, battery warranty and five-year resale assumptions. The H6 GT's launch headline is attractive, but the deciding evidence is a Pakistan-market order and warranty pack that you can keep.
