The Chery Q is a serious urban-EV proposition because the published price includes the Premium configuration and an advertised 7 kW charger, but the offer is explicitly limited to early bookings and has no public end date. Treat 400 km as an NEDC laboratory claim, price the charger installation separately and obtain the exact warranty, delivery and cancellation terms in writing.
Chery Q price in Pakistan is an early-booking offer
Chery Pakistan lists Q Premium at PKR 5,554,000 and calls it an introductory price valid for early bookings only. Its page also says a 7 kW charger worth PKR 100,000 is included. No public offer-expiry date appears on the page checked on 5 October 2026, so the amount should not be treated as a permanent price. [1]
Ask for a dated booking document naming Q Premium, the price, booking amount, delivery month, refund conditions and every excluded charge. Confirm whether freight, withholding tax, registration, insurance and charger installation are separate. The words 'charger included' do not establish that cabling, protection equipment, earthing, meter work or labour are included.

| Q Premium | PKR 5,554,000 | Early-booking introductory price |
| 7 kW charger | Included; stated value PKR 100,000 | Confirm installation scope and warranty |
| Offer end date | Not published | Obtain written validity before transfer |
The 400 km range needs its NEDC label
The Pakistan page specifies a 42.7 kWh battery and up to 400 km on the NEDC cycle. Dividing those two manufacturer figures implies about 9.37 km per kWh, but that arithmetic is not an independently measured efficiency result. Heat, air conditioning, motorway speed, elevation, tyre pressure, load and battery state can all change usable range. [1]
For routine ownership, map the longest frequent return journey and preserve a charging reserve instead of planning around the full headline. Ask what percentage of the battery is usable, how the display estimates remaining range and what battery-capacity warranty applies. Chery's page directs buyers to the warranty handbook rather than publishing a complete duration-and-mileage table.
Charging claims answer only part of the question
Chery claims DC charging from 30 to 80 percent in 16.5 minutes. That is a manufacturer controlled-test figure: actual time depends on charger output, battery temperature, starting state of charge and the car's charging curve. It does not mean a complete 0-to-100-percent charge takes 33 minutes. [1]
Before booking, ask for the AC input limit, DC connector standard, portable cable provision and a list of compatible public chargers. Arrange a home electrical survey. A 7 kW wallbox is useful only when the parking space, supply capacity, protection, earthing and permissions support a safe installation.
Premium carries the equipment being advertised
The current Pakistan table shows only Chery Q Premium. It lists rear-wheel drive, 90 kW (121 hp), 111 Nm, a 2,700 mm wheelbase, 166 mm ground clearance and 17-inch alloy wheels. The published cabin equipment includes an 8.88-inch cluster, 15.6-inch display, six-plus-one speaker system, 50 W wireless charging and a powered driver's seat. [1]
Safety and assistance headlines include six airbags, 21 Level 2 driver-assistance functions, automatic parking and a 540-degree camera. These systems assist a driver; they do not make the car autonomous. Ask for a Pakistan feature list, test each camera and parking function safely, and read the handbook limits for lane, braking and parking assistance.
Space is promising, but test the actual use case
Published Pakistan information gives a 4,195 mm length, 1,811 mm width and 2,700 mm wheelbase. Chery advertises 375 to 1,450 litres of cargo space and a 70-litre powered front compartment. These figures make the Q larger than its rounded hatchback shape may suggest, but they do not prove that your passengers, child seats or luggage fit comfortably. [1,2]
Take the regular passengers to the showroom, set the front seats correctly and test rear access, headroom and boot loading. Measure the home parking space and turning approach. Then compare the complete on-road and charging-installation cost with petrol, hybrid and other electric alternatives—not only their advertised starting prices.
