Treat the T5 REEV as a newly presented, not yet fully priced, Pakistan-market contender. Its published range-extender hardware and equipment justify a showroom inspection, but no budget or value verdict is responsible until Sazgar or an authorised dealer issues a dated price, booking terms and a Pakistan variant sheet.
ARCFOX T5 REEV price in Pakistan is not announced
Sazgar Engineering Works told the Pakistan Stock Exchange on 25 September that it intended to introduce BAIC's ARCFOX new-energy brand in Pakistan. The T5 REEV was then presented locally on 3 October in Pro and Max grades. The available Pakistan presentation material names the variants and specifications, but it does not publish an ex-factory price, booking amount or delivery schedule. CarRates therefore records both grades as price not announced—not as an estimate or a dealer promise. [1,2]
Do not convert the current China-market price into rupees and call it a Pakistan price. Local duties, taxes, freight, equipment, warranty provision and commercial strategy can change the final figure substantially. Wait for a dated Sazgar price communication or a system-generated authorised-dealer order before calculating finance or on-road cost.
| Variant | Pakistan price | Published distinction |
|---|---|---|
| T5 REEV Pro | Not announced | Core 268 hp range-extender package |
| T5 REEV Max | Not announced | Adds front-seat massage in the published comparison |
The Pakistan figures need their test-cycle label
The Pakistan presentation reports a 27.4 kWh battery, 268 hp and 365 Nm, with 193 km of battery-only range on the NEDC cycle and a separate 1,060 km combined-range claim for which the reproduced brochure does not state a test cycle. It also states that DC charging from 20 to 80 percent can take under 15 minutes. These are manufacturer or distributor claims—not independent CarRates road or charging tests. [2]
ARCFOX's current China-market page publishes different numbers for its newest domestic T5 range-extender line: 215 km pure-electric range, 1,215 km combined range and 200 kW, with a 30-to-80-percent charging claim of 15 minutes. Those figures must not be substituted for the Pakistan brochure. Market specification, battery calibration and test cycle can differ. [3]
Pro and Max appear mechanically alike
The Pakistan information describes both grades with the same headline powertrain, range, charging and dimensions. It lists an 18-speaker audio system and panoramic glass roof for both, while identifying front-seat massage as a Max addition. That is not enough to assume every safety, driver-assistance, wheel, seat and cabin feature is identical. [2]
Ask for a signed Pakistan variant matrix before choosing. Compare airbags, electronic stability functions, adaptive-cruise and lane-assistance availability, camera coverage, tyre size, spare-wheel provision, seat ventilation and heating, charging cables and home-charger supply line by line. Features shown on the overseas vehicle are not proof of Pakistan equipment.
Size and charging change the ownership test
Published dimensions are 4,760 mm long, 1,936 mm wide and 1,650 mm high, with a 2,845 mm wheelbase. That places the T5 well beyond a compact crossover footprint. Measure your parking space and test rear-seat access rather than inferring cabin usefulness from wheelbase alone. The official China page lists the same basic exterior dimensions for the current T5 family. [2,3]
A range-extender can continue on petrol after the usable battery is depleted, but its value still depends on regular charging. Ask which connector standard the Pakistan vehicle uses, whether a portable or wall charger is included, the AC input limit, DC-charging warranty conditions and local service capability. A peak fast-charge claim cannot predict a complete charging curve or the time available chargers will deliver.
Warranty is useful only when the booklet matches the car
The Pakistan brochure information reports a six-year or 150,000 km vehicle warranty and eight years or 160,000 km for the battery. Confirm whether the high-voltage motor, inverter, range-extender engine and charging hardware have the same coverage, what service intervals apply and whether the warranty transfers to a second owner. [2]
Before paying, verify the legal seller, final price, refund terms, delivery month, production month, Pakistan homologation, exact grade and warranty booklet. The T5 REEV may become a serious large-SUV alternative, but its value cannot be ranked against Deepal, Haval, Chery or other electrified models until those commercial facts are documented.
