What is the difference between HEV and PHEV?+

An HEV charges itself while driving; a PHEV has a larger battery that can be plugged in and usually provides meaningful electric-only travel.

Should I buy a PHEV without home charging?+

Usually the value case becomes weaker. Check your charging routine, electricity tariff and daily mileage before paying the PHEV premium.
